The 23-year-old goalie was called up by the Habs at the very beginning of the regular season while Carey Price was recovering from a virus, but did not see any game action.
Fucale was recalled on an emergency basis from the ECHL's Brampton Beast on Tuesday afternoon, after Al Montoya was injured during the morning skate. He has played two games with the IceCaps this season.
